Etisalat Is Now e&
Etisalat rebranded its group name to e& (pronounced “e and”) on 24 February 2022. In the UAE, the consumer brand moved from “etisalat by e&” to e& UAE, and the official website is now eand.ae. Old etisalat.ae links redirect to the new site, and every service in this guide works the same under both names.

How to Use Etisalat Quick Pay
To use Etisalat Quick Pay, follow these 5 steps:
- Open the e& Quick Pay page on your phone or computer.
- Choose whether you want to recharge a prepaid line or pay a postpaid, landline or eLife bill.
- Enter the mobile number or account number.
- Enter the amount, or check the bill amount shown.
- Pay with your credit or debit card and save the confirmation.
Keep the confirmation SMS or email until the payment shows on your account. Searching “quickpay etisalat” often brings up copycat pages, so always type the address yourself.
Quick Recharge Etisalat Prepaid Lines
Etisalat quick recharge is the prepaid side of Quick Pay. Enter the prepaid number and amount, pay by card, and the credit lands on the line. Every online recharge of AED 10 or more earns 25% bonus credit, so a AED 20 recharge gives AED 25 of credit.

Etisalat Bill Payment: All Official Options
e& accepts bill payments through 7 channels:
- Quick Pay: Card payment online with no login.
- e& UAE app: View and pay bills on iPhone, Android and Huawei phones.
- Autopay: Register a credit card once, and e& pays the bill on the due date.
- Phone: Call 101 or 125, choose “Bill Payment” and pay by card.
- e& money: Pay bills from the e& money wallet app.
- e& Payment Machines: Pay in cash or by card at e& stores and other sites.
- Exchange houses: Pay at 9 partners, including Al Ansari Exchange, Al Fardan Exchange, LuLu Exchange and Wall Street Exchange.
LuLu Exchange branches sit inside most LuLu malls, next to the counters people use for a LuLu balance check.

Etisalat Pay: Autopay and e& money
“Etisalat pay” usually means one of 2 services:
- Autopay: Log in to the e& website or app, add a card, then set the amount and date. Autopay works for both postpaid and prepaid accounts.
- e& money: A wallet app for paying bills, topping up accounts, paying in stores and sending money abroad. It has no registration fee and needs no bank account.
How to Check Etisalat Balance
To check your Etisalat balance, dial *121# and press call. The balance appears on screen in seconds, and this Etisalat balance check works without internet.

Etisalat Number Check Code
The Etisalat number check code is *101#. Dial it, open the account details section and choose “Know My Number”. Your number appears on screen.
How to Transfer Etisalat Balance
To transfer Etisalat balance, dial *100*mobile number*amount# and press call. For example, *100*0501234567*20# sends AED 20 to 050 123 4567. Press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel.

Data moves the same way. Dial #100*receiver number*data in MB#, for example #100*05XXXXXXXX*1000# for 1GB.

International Credit Transfer and Request Credit
- International credit transfer: Text the international prepaid number with its country code to 1700, free. Limits are 3 transfers a day, 10 a month and AED 500 a month.
- Request credit: Prepaid users can ask a friend for credit with *107*05XXXXXXXX*amount#. It is free, with up to 2 requests a day.
Etisalat Customer Care Number
The Etisalat customer care number is 101. It is free from e& lines inside the UAE and also free while roaming on an e& SIM.

Etisalat customer service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also use the live chat on eand.ae, the e& UAE app or any e& store.
e& UAE App (Etisalat App)
The e& UAE app is the official Etisalat app for personal customers. It is free on the Apple App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery. The Etisalat login works with your number, username or UAE Pass, and the same login opens e& online services on the website for any Etisalat recharge online.
The app handles 6 main jobs:

Etisalat eSIM
An Etisalat eSIM replaces the physical SIM with a digital one. You can get it at any e& store, in the e& UAE app or on the website. Activation takes 3 steps:
- Subscribe to eSIM.
- Get your QR code. Existing users generate it in the e& UAE app, and new users get it from an e& agent.
- Scan the QR code on the phone you want to activate.
Your physical SIM stops working as soon as the eSIM activates. The QR code must be scanned on the phone that will use the eSIM, so generate it on another screen.
Etisalat Business
e& Business (formerly Etisalat Business) serves companies with mobile, internet and IT services. It gives business owners 2 self-service tools: the B2B portal and the business app.
Etisalat Business Login and B2B Portal
The Etisalat B2B portal is called the Business Online Portal, and it is the main B2B Etisalat tool for company accounts. Log in at eand.ae/b2bportal/login.html, or self-register on the portal if your company is new to it.

The portal has 2 user roles. Admin users order services, raise support requests and pay all bills. Accountant users view, download and pay bills.
Etisalat Business App
The e& Business app lets owners and authorised staff manage business lines on a phone. It shows all company accounts, real-time usage and bill history, and it pays bills one by one or in bulk. Log in with your Business Online Portal username and password. It is available on Google Play, the App Store and Huawei AppGallery.

e& prepaid plans fall into 3 groups: SIM lines, weekly plans and data packs. Prices change often, so check the e& UAE app before you buy.

Etisalat data plans for prepaid users come in 4 main types:
- Wasel Flexi: Build your own 28-day plan from data and Flexi minutes, with unlimited calls to 1 e& number. Yearly Flexi plans come at 50% off and renew allowances every 28 days for 13 cycles.
- Everyday Data Packs: A daily Etisalat data package from AED 1.5 a day, with up to 1GB.
- Super Hour: Unlimited data for 1 hour from AED 3. Dial *800*5#.
- Pay Per Call: 30 minutes of international calls for AED 3.
Etisalat Internet Packages (eLife Home)
Etisalat internet packages for homes run under the eLife and Neo names. In October 2026, e& lists home plans from AED 229 a month, with Neo fibre plans reaching up to 10Gbps.

In January 2024, e& launched 5Gbps and 10Gbps fibre plans and said it was the first UAE provider to offer home speeds above 1Gbps.
Etisalat Speed Test
An Etisalat speed test shows whether your line delivers the speed you pay for. Follow these 5 steps for an accurate result:
- Connect a laptop to the router with a cable, or stand close to the router on Wi-Fi.
- Close downloads, streams and video calls on other devices.
- Open a speed test tool such as Speedtest by Ookla or Fast.com.
- Run the test 3 times and note the average download and upload.
- Compare the result with your plan speed. Wi-Fi results are usually lower than cable results.
If speeds stay far below your plan, restart the router and call 101 with your test results.
Etisalat Buildings: T&A Building and Al Kifaf Building
Two Etisalat buildings appear in many searches:
- Etisalat T&A Building: A 30-floor commercial tower at 410 Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street, Al Hisn, Abu Dhabi, near Qasr Al Hosn.
- Etisalat Al Kifaf Building: Etisalat Tower 2, on Trade Centre Road in Al Kifaf, Bur Dubai, close to Zabeel Park and the Trade Centre Roundabout.

Etisalat Quick Pay Safety Tips
Fake payment pages copy the e& design to steal card details. Follow these 4 rules:
- Pay only on eand.ae or etisalat.ae, or in the official e& apps.
- Never share an OTP or card CVV with a caller, even one claiming to be from e&.
- Ignore SMS links that promise prizes or warn of a blocked line.
- Check the payment on your bank statement, the same way you track spending with an FAB balance inquiry.
